Backup Configuration

Backups are configured at three levels: daily automated database backups, weekly full-site backups (files + database), and pre-update snapshots before any significant update cycle. Backups are stored off-site (separate from hosting) and retained for a minimum of 30 days. Restoration from backup is included in all maintenance plans without additional charge.
