A focused 45-minute call to understand your objectives, tech stack, and which services you need first. We come prepared — no generic questionnaires.

Account setup

We provision your hellenicAI account and dashboard. You get a single login, a dedicated account manager, and visibility across all services from day one.

Service configuration

Each service is configured for your business — your brand, your data sources, your workflows. Nothing is left on default settings.

Go live

Services go live in sequence, with QA sign-off at each stage. You have a clear go-live date agreed before we start.

Ongoing management

We run the platform. You see the results. Monthly reporting, quarterly strategy reviews, and a direct line to your account team throughout.
