Monthly retainer
A fixed monthly fee covering all active services and their management overhead. Agreed upfront, no surprises.
Usage-based add-ons
For AI token consumption or ad spend management above agreed thresholds, we agree overage rates in advance and report against them monthly.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the month ahead. Payment terms are NET 14.
Payment methods
Bank transfer (SEPA and international), credit card, and direct debit. Contact your account manager to set up your preferred method.

Yes. Adding services is effective from the date of activation, billed pro-rata. Removing services takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We notify you before you reach your threshold — not after. Overage is billed at pre-agreed rates at the end of the cycle.
