Setup

Channel setup is handled entirely by our team as part of your OmniAI onboarding. You provide the relevant channel credentials and we handle the integration, configuration, and testing. For this channel you will need to provide:
  • Business account access (credentials or admin invite)
  • Approval for the OmniAI app connection
  • Any channel-specific compliance requirements (where applicable)
