Adding a team member via Telegram

Share the bot username

Give your team member the Telegram username of your assistant bot (for example @YourCompanyBot).

They send /start

The team member opens the bot in Telegram and sends /start. The bot will return a pairing code.

Approve in the dashboard

Log in to your hellenicAI dashboard, navigate to your instance, and paste the pairing code into the approval field.

They are connected

The team member can now chat with the assistant directly in Telegram.

Adding a team member via Discord

Ensure the bot is in your server

The assistant bot must be invited to your Discord server. See Connect Discord for setup instructions.

Assign channel permissions

Team members need access to the channel where the bot is active. Standard Discord role and permission management applies.

They start chatting

Any team member with access to the channel can message the assistant directly. No pairing step required for Discord.

User limits

There is no hard limit on the number of users per instance. Your subscription covers the instance, not individual seats. If you need role-based access or conversation isolation per user, contact your account manager.
