Starting a template website project with Hellenic Technologies is straightforward. Our process is designed to minimise back-and-forth, get decisions made early, and deliver a finished site that doesn’t need constant revision. Here’s how it works from first contact to launch.

Step 1: Discovery Brief

We begin with a short discovery call or written brief to understand your business, audience and goals. We’ll ask about your sector, competitors, the pages you need, any existing branding, and your launch timeline. This takes 30–60 minutes and gives us everything we need to recommend the right template.

Step 2: Template Selection

Based on your brief, we shortlist two or three premium themes that fit your structure and aesthetic. We present these with notes on what works well for your use case, and you pick one. If none are right, we go back and find alternatives — we don’t proceed until you’re happy with the foundation.

Step 3: Customisation

Once the template is selected, we build out the site on a private staging environment. This includes brand application, layout configuration, all page content, contact forms, SEO setup and performance tuning. You’ll receive a staging link to review when the build is complete.

Step 4: Review and Revisions

You review the staging site and provide consolidated feedback. We allow one full round of revisions as part of the standard package. Additional revision rounds can be scoped if needed.

Step 5: Launch

After sign-off we handle DNS configuration, SSL, final performance checks and go live. Post-launch we remain available for 30 days to catch anything that surfaces in the wild.

What You’ll Need to Provide

  • Your brand assets: logo (SVG or high-res PNG), colour palette, fonts if you have them
  • Copy for all pages — we can assist with copywriting at an additional cost
  • Any imagery you own; we can source stock photography if needed
  • Login credentials for your domain registrar (for DNS changes at launch)
