Hellenic Claw is continuously improved with new features, performance improvements, and security updates. When an upgrade is available for your instance, you will see a notification in your dashboard.

Recognising the upgrade banner

When an upgrade is ready, a banner appears at the top of your instance page:
A new version of Hellenic Claw is available.
Upgrade now to get the latest features and improvements.
You will also receive an email notification to the address on your account.

What happens during an upgrade

  • Your instance is briefly restarted with the new version (usually takes 1–3 minutes)
  • Your settings, connected channels, and conversation history are preserved
  • There is minimal downtime — the assistant will be unavailable only during the restart itself

How to upgrade

Open your instance dashboard

Log in at app.hellenicai.com and open your instance.

Click the upgrade button

Click the Redeploy & Upgrade button shown in the upgrade banner.

Confirm the upgrade

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.

Wait for the upgrade to complete

You will see a progress indicator while the upgrade runs. This usually takes 1–3 minutes.

Verify everything is working

Once complete, send a test message in the Chat tab to confirm your assistant is responding normally.
We recommend upgrading promptly when notified, as older versions may not receive security patches after a certain point. If you have concerns about timing, contact us before upgrading.

Upgrade failed?

If the upgrade does not complete or your instance is not responding after the upgrade, email [email protected] and include your instance ID (shown on the dashboard). We will investigate and restore your instance.
