This guide walks you through your first login, exploring the dashboard, and sending your first message to your AI assistant.

Step 1: Log in to the dashboard

Go to app.hellenicai.com and log in with the email address and password provided when your instance was created. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Step 2: Find your instance

After logging in, you will land on your Dashboard. Here you can see your active Hellenic Claw instance. Click on your instance name or the Open button to enter the instance management page.
If you do not see an instance listed, your account may still be provisioning. This usually takes 2–3 minutes after sign-up. Refresh the page and it should appear.

Step 3: Explore the dashboard sections

Your instance page is divided into three main areas:

Chat

A built-in web chat widget where you can test your AI assistant directly in the browser — no setup required.

Channels

Connect external platforms such as Telegram and Discord so your team or customers can reach the assistant there.

Usage

See how many messages and tokens you have consumed this billing cycle, and track costs over time.

Step 4: Send your first message

The quickest way to verify your assistant is working is to use the built-in chat widget:

Open the Chat tab

Click the Chat tab on your instance page.

Type a message

Type anything in the message box — for example, “Hello, what can you help me with?” — and press Enter or click Send.

Read the reply

Your AI assistant will respond within a few seconds. If you see a reply, your instance is working correctly.
