Yes. Hellenic Claw is fully capable of understanding and responding in Greek. Simply write to it in Greek and it will reply in Greek. You can also ask it to switch languages mid-conversation.
There is no hard limit on the number of users. Your subscription covers the instance, not individual seats. Your entire team can connect via Telegram or Discord and chat with the assistant simultaneously.
Yes. You can provide a custom system prompt from the Settings tab on your instance page. Use this to give the assistant background information about your business, preferred tone, or specific instructions.
There is no hard cut-off. If your usage exceeds the included allowance, additional usage is billed at the standard per-token rate at the end of the cycle. You can set a usage alert to be notified before costs get too high — see Usage & Billing.
Yes. Your instance runs on dedicated infrastructure — your conversations are not mixed with other customers’ data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at hellenicai.com.
Each instance supports one Telegram bot and one Discord connection. If you need multiple bots or servers, contact us — we can discuss options for your use case.
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your instance will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
