# Upgrades

> How platform upgrades work — what changes, when, and how we communicate them.

hellenicAI is continuously improved. We ship infrastructure upgrades, new features, and performance improvements on a rolling basis — without disrupting your services.

## How upgrades work

    Infrastructure and security patches are applied automatically during low-traffic windows. You are notified in advance for any upgrade that changes behaviour or requires action on your side.

  <Tab title="Feature upgrades">
    New features are released to your dashboard with a changelog entry. You can adopt them at your own pace — nothing is forced on without notice.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Major version upgrades">
    Major platform upgrades are communicated at least 30 days in advance with a migration guide. Your account manager walks you through what changes and what, if anything, you need to do.

## What triggers an upgrade notification

* Infrastructure version updates that affect your stack
* New AI model availability affecting your service configuration
* Changes to data processing or privacy-relevant behaviour
* Any change requiring action on your end
