    **Requirements:** 5+ years paid media experience · Google Ads certified · Meta Blueprint certified · Strong analytics skills · European market experience preferred.

    A short, relevant task — designed to take 2–3 hours and reflect real work, not abstract puzzles.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Final interview">
    A conversation with the relevant practice lead and a co-founder. By this stage, both sides should have a strong sense of fit.

  <Step title="Offer">
    We move fast. If you are the right person, you will know within a week of the final interview.
